What we collect
When you use ASAPilot, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account info — name and email from Sign in with Apple (no passwords stored)
- Apple Ads data — campaign, ad group, keyword metrics retrieved via the Apple Search Ads API using credentials you provide
- Revenue data — subscription events received via RevenueCat webhook or your custom backend webhook
- Attribution data — Apple Ads attribution tokens used to match installs to campaigns
- Analytics — anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics (screens visited, features used)
- Crash reports — anonymous crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics
What we don't collect
- We do not collect IDFA or use device advertising identifiers
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for advertising
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to display your Apple Ads performance, calculate ROAS, generate AI-powered optimization hints, and deliver the ASAPilot service. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Data storage and security
Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. API credentials are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all communications. Access to production data is restricted to the app developer.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions)
- RevenueCat (subscription management, if you use the RevenueCat integration)
- Apple Search Ads API (campaign data retrieval)
