Acceptance

By using ASAPilot ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

ASAPilot connects to your Apple Search Ads account and revenue sources (RevenueCat or custom backends) to display campaign performance metrics, ROAS calculations, and AI-generated optimization hints. The App provides analytics and suggestions only — it does not modify your campaigns or make purchases on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in via Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID. You must provide accurate Apple Ads API credentials. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or revoked credentials.

Subscriptions

ASAPilot offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple's standard subscription terms. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Data accuracy

ASAPilot displays data from Apple Search Ads, RevenueCat, and your own systems. We do our best to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. ROAS calculations and AI hints are informational — not financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App. You agree not to use the App to violate any law or third-party rights. You agree not to share your account or API credentials with unauthorized parties.

Limitation of liability

ASAPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or campaign performance changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
